The Location was very near to Al Haram , with a free Shuttle, the Room was clean and cozy , The Staff was very Kind and cooperative, especially Miss Widd ,I would like to thank her for her kindness and her efforts. Id like to recommend this stay and hope to come back again.

Nothing, except the fact that its not very far from Haram. 5 min drive in Taxi, 10/15 SAR per side.

The ladies at the reception were amazing, very professional and respectful and were always happy to help. The room was huge and clean. The bathroom was big enough as well.

I liked that Tamer the Manager was really trying hard to fill in the disaster of the Housekeeping. I also have to praise the reception for doing the same with the Bell Man. Housekeeping and Bell Men need to be replaced ASAP. Shuttle Bus perfect. Room Service and Housekeeping need to speak ARABIC and/or English !!!!!
